Gala a composer and multi-instrumentalist who builds sonic architectures using a range of acoustic and electronic instrumentation. Her experience as a classically-trained pianist, somatic awareness as a dancer, and ongoing exploration in diverse cultural traditions are expressed in her work.

Gala has also released music as Goyopod, and frequently collaborates with performance art ensemble Bad Unkl Sista, producing site-specific durational performances combining choreography, music, costuming, installation, and theatre.
